Comrade Property Management was established in 2007 out of a growing need for professional property management that specializes in both multifamily and residential properties. We concentrate our efforts and expertise strictly on managing your investments.

We provide several unique services to investment property owners. Our exclusive EYE ON ™ service provides monitoring of your home while you are traveling for extended periods of time such as deployments or temporary duty (TDY).

Comrade Property Management is owned by Rosalyn Reese and Arif Sealey.

Arif has over 9 years of hands on experience in residential property management. He has successfully owned and managed a $1.7 million portfolio of over 25 units in Georgia, Texas and South Carolina.
