Welcome to the Owner’s section of the Comrade Property Management website. Our goal is to provide on time and accurate information concerning your property quickly and easily whether you live in town or halfway across the world. By leveraging technology, each owner can sign up for direct deposit or retrieve your monthly reports at their password secured log-in.
In addition, we also have a frequently asked question (FAQ) section that addresses many of the concerns a property owner might have concerning the management of their property. You can also contact our office if you have any questions.
We also provide a newsletter that is available online along with back issues to keep owners informed of changes concerning laws or regulations that directly affect your investment. From time to time we also find properties that are good investments which we will pass along to interested investors that are looking for money making properties.
